Don't fall for Me

by dandy   Mar 4, 2005

I see you giving me a look,
what does this all mean?
I'm unsure of what to think,
about this lovely scene.

Should you, would you, could you love me,
For the person that I am?
Or would your love turn out to be
another loveless scam?

If you are the one for me,
true feelings you will provide.
You won't take the front or step in back,
but instead be at my side.

If you love me kiss me tender,
let me know you're there.
A caring man is hard to find,
but the right man is rare.

Help me get through everything,
don't laugh at what I fear.
Support me in all my decisions,
and always be sincere.

Love me happy, love me sad,
and love me when I'm angry.
Love me silly love me quirky,
always love me madly.

So if it's really me you love,
I ask you not to fall.
The term falling in love is often said,
but I prefer standing tall.

After all a relationship is hard,
especially when one's down.
So stand beside and be my King,
I'm your queen and love is the crown.
