well yea it sort of did happen to me in 8th grade. but i am over it now. i wrote the poem in 8th grade too. but i put it away with all of his stuff in my attic but i guess now i thought i would be nice to look at that stuff again.

I understand that this must be pretty personal to you.. but.. the first few lines made it sound a lot like teenage angst, which I don't really enjoy. I think you have an overflow of emotion, and not enough words to put it in. Keep writing.

Very good poem 5*** from me. I'm so sorry that happened to you. I have lost alot of close friends to suicide, and carelessness of a police officer. I have not lost someone I'm in love with relationship wise. So I can't say I know how you feel but it does hurt to love someone so close. Stay strong he is with you in spirit. Great writing keep it up.
