The laughs on you

by xUnbreakablex   Mar 22, 2005

What is your problem?
Do you think I don’t care?
When everywhere I turn
I see you standing there

You act like I’m invisible
You just walk on by
Like every word you said to me
Your love was just a lie

You totally ignore me
And you don’t answer my calls
Do you know how much it hurts?
To have nobody at all

You act like you don’t know me
When you see me on the street
And when I fall to the ground
You don’t help me to my feet

But for all the nights of crying
Thinking I couldn’t take no more
I’ve learnt to live without you
I’ve opened that closed door

You thought I couldn’t handle it
Well, baby, you thought wrong
You thought I’d collapse without you
But look at me, I’m strong

Finally, I’m moving on
And now I can forget
Those lonely nights, the angry fights
When I wished we’d never met

So if you ever think of me
And how I feel so blue
I’m doing fine, I can’t complain
And now the laugh’s on you
