The Underlying Meaning

by Trapper   Aug 11, 2003

Anger with tolerance
tolerance with jealousy
jealousy with you
sitting, watching, waiting
Waiting for just the right moment to tell you
just the right moment to hold you
just the right moment to kiss you
As I watch my life go by its as if I am not even here
Looking at myself through an invisible pane
Trying to grasp reality while I am just pushed further and further away
I am swimming in the underlying meaning of life
I want to say something
I want you to hear, but when I open my mouth there is nothing but silence
nothing but mothingness black, cold and lonley
I want to tell you what you meant to me, how much I cared
sitting waiting and wanting everything you can offer
being selfish with you
I cant help but think and know what the underlying meaning of all this piercing torment is.
