When I needed a hug
You were right here beside me
When I cried
You let me know you cared

When I broke down inside
You helped build me back up
When I felt alone
You were always there

When I couldn't take my life
You told me to be strong
When I needed to talk
You were all ears

You were the only one
who came up to me
when you saw that
I was upset

and you let me know that you cared

it's weird to be your friend now
because we hated each other
not too long ago

I'm just happy
that were friends
And I hope nothing comes in between us.

Because together,
were unstoppable

this poem is to say thank you
for being here for me
it's amazing after all this fighting
what good friends we can be
