I Am From

by ~*Sad Girl*~   Mar 26, 2005

I am from Milliken,
Many little children.
Parties going all the time,
Parents fighting,
On the walls are gang writings.

Growing up with only a mom,
Angry inside because my dad is gone.
Living with my grandparents,
Hopping over fences.
Running from the cops,
My pain never stops.

Moving from place to place,
Slowly you could see the pain and anger in my face.
Loosing my grandpa,
Constantly in trouble with the law.

Realizing my fate,
If I continue with my hate,
I understood it all on my last court date.

Trying to live in peace,
Hoping my pain will cease....
