The day i moved away

The day i had to move away,
I didn't know the words to say,
And as i waved goodbye,
I saw the tear fall out your eye.

I never thought it would happen to me,
I thought it couldn't be,
But now i know never to assume,
because now I'm living in a life full of doom.

I try to visit as often as i can,
But its hard to get me thru,
I cant go on living my life,
Waiting for the next day i get to see you.
