Taking over

by suzanne   Mar 28, 2005

Taking over my life
Everyday, every night
I can’t see, I feel blind
It’s taking over my mind

I don’t wanna live
But I don’t wanna die
I just want things to be normal
I don’t like this kind of life

You think you got it all
Compared to me you aint got jack
You say im going crazy
I say you’re smoking too much crack

The white guys come to get you
You scream and kick your feet
You try to break free
But with their strength they got you beat

They’ll be coming for me soon
But I don’t wanna go
You can’t let them take me
I don’t want dad to know

I don’t want him to think
His little girl aint what he thought
Im still that little girl dad
Don’t you love me any more?

Oh look their here, Im off, I gotta hide
I won’t let them take me
If I have to ill fight

Im hiding in a cupboard
Do you think this place is right?
The door opens slowly
And I see a man in white

Get off, let go, you can’t take me
I don’t need to go to the crazy house
Ill stay out here, be free
They won’t let go, it’s over now
They’re taking me with them
Give it two days, you’ll see me out
Till I end up there again.
