For me this feeling is a new way…
That just cannot go away…
Feelings for you that I cannot describe...
I just wish I knew why...
Every moment I wish I was with you…
I wish these words can come out of my mouth…
To be transferred to your ears…
And I wish we could be together…
But you want so many things…
That I cannot provide to bring…
But my wishes cannot come true...
Everyday I realize something new...
Something that was always in my face...
That hadn’t been erased.
I can no longer wait to tell you...
But I’m too scared to tell the truth...
If I tell you the truth…
I know it will hurt me…
But I bet you won’t ever see…
Because I’ll play pretend…
Till’ the end…
For you to see that you and me…
We were meant to be…
But this relationship we have…
Is just too strong…
That it cannot be broken…
And can go no further…
Because we are just friends…
Friends Till’ the end…
That’s what you said…
But that’s not what I want to hear…
I want to hear you say **I love you**…
But I guess that’s only in my dreams…
My dreams that cannot be real…
The dreams that have no comparison to my life…
You say that friends is all we’ll be…
And I guess that’s all it leads up to…
But one day I will have courage…
Enough courage to tell you the truth…
Courage that will bring me up to my feet…
And to take the steps I would dare to take…
Until my soul is set free…
Even though I will be left heart broken…
At least I have confessed to you…
The truth that was dug deep inside my heart…
That kept you and me apart…
For you were never able to see…
How I wanted you and me to be…
I just hope that day comes soon…
Because time is passing by…
And I am losing my mind over you…
And as I get closer upon you…
To telling you the truth…
My steps become slower and slower…
As my heart beats become faster and faster…
You turn around and glare at me…
And I stare deep in to your eyes…
Pretending that nothing was about to happen…
