Day Dream

To dream is to hope, hope for the quest
The dream the thought
The drive the desire
I dream of a better day
I hope for the best
I walk through the motions
with the desire to improve
I dream of tomorrow
What tomorrow will bring
The chance to seek
but not the talent nor attention span to Retrieve

I dream with desire
I hope to accomplish
but my laziness has only left
me with the image
not the motion.
