Good-bye Poem

I didn't mean it when I said I didn't love you so,
Now that I think about it I should have never let you go,
I’ll never be able to replace you no one can even come close,
No one could ever do the things you do and you’re the one I chose,

I’m sorry but I was sad and you weren't there you said you would,
I thought you understood me but I guess I’ll always be misunderstood,
I thought it was all real it would never end it would last forever till we die,
But now you are gone and every day I asked myself why? Then start to cry,

I’ve never felt this way before but they say” never say never"
So maybe I should have listened and know nothing is forever,
I could have been prepared for this horrible break-up it's not like others,
When we make-up the next day and would be in love with one another,

My friends said it wouldn't last I tried my hardest to keep that untrue,
I never thought it was going to be that hard because I thought I loved you,
And I did but I couldn't show that because knowing that i wasn't being loved back,
And I still loved you after you hid your love for me you made it a big huge act,

Maybe I could find someone like you or even better but nothing could change my love,
That’s something you stole and never returned I need it back since it's the end of,
Our love I’m sick of it going through this over and over this is the last time so just go home,
Leave me alone I don't want to talk it out because this is my good-bye poem.
