i loved this poem. I also play hockey and i know exactly what you are talking about. It was the worst feeling in the world to let my teammates go. Some are going off to college and i will miss them like no other. thanks for writing this poem. It really touched on the sadness but the positiveness of the situation also. It was amazing.
