The One Thing I Won't Tell You

As much as we talk,
As much as I say,
This is the one thing that,
I still won't whisper to you today.

Its the one thing that,
Haunts me in everything I do,
This is the one thing,
I don't think I can tell to you.

I've tried to tell many people,
Only to back out,
Its such a stupid thing,
Why does it make me shout?

Why am so afraid,
Of my greatest fears,
Why can't say it,
Why does it cause tears?

Its not that its that horrid,
Its not like I got raped,
But even so this is something,
I will never escape.

I write so very carefully now,
To avoid giving a clue
I don't want you to know,
I am too embarassed to tell you.

Because if I told the secret,
I will harbor 'till the end,
I don't think that you,
Would want to be my friend...
