Forgiveness

by Emma Carnage   Apr 10, 2005

I’m sick of having to forgive you
I don’t want to say it anymore
Nearly everyday
Was it like this before?

You keep on asking me
To forgive you
Of course I will
I have to

Imagine if I didn’t
What a shame I would be
A complete hypocrite
So you can stop your plea

No matter what you do
I’ll be able to forgive
Just as long as you promise
That you’ll live

No need to say you’re sorry
I understand how you feel
And of course I forgive you
Just please make this deal
Tell me one thing
Tell me you will heal
