A Subtle Change Of Plans

by Jesse Ray   Apr 11, 2005

We all know that we're leaving, but we'll make it somehow
with the tears of joyful, and stories up to now.
Our eighth grade year is ending, it's time to reminisce
about the feuds, friendships, and everyone's moment of bliss…

Remember the time, when we all first met?
Remember the time, when we had no regrets?
Remember the time, when everything was planned?
Remember the time, when we all took a stand?

Remember all the pointless fights we had,
Look how it never turned bad…
Remember the love a lot of us shared…
Look at all the friendships we spared…

Take a look at us now, with our graduation gowns
Take a look at us now, still learning how to "buckle down"
Take a look at us now, creating a life of our own…
Take a look at us now, saying good bye to everyone we've known…

Don't you forget, we're the class of '09
We know that someday, you'll put up a shrine
With all of our names on one single wall
We'll talk about memories and troubles recall

-I'm sorry for all the people I'm going to let down on our graduation night. I know that you all will miss me, and I'm going to be sorry since I'm not going to be there. Have fun everyone... and to all my friends, have fun for me too!-
