My story response (by: Jacob Bina)

I guess she said no, what can i do,
all i can say to her is i still like you.

i had two girls ask for me they did
a good job,
one a my friends has a monkey named Bob.

this monkey of his is really rad,
back to my story even though it is sad.

one of my friends said she would say yes,
as soon as he told me i said he was the best.

Lori (the one who wrote my first poem) acted as if she was going to say no,
pretty soon my self-esteem was low.

someday i will ask again and hope she says yes,
but for now i have to hope for the best.
