he told me he liked me
i said i felt the same way too
but for him to show it
let it dare, he would never do

he said he wanted to be with me
said all the right things and stuff
but now when i try to forget him
its really hard and much more tough

i asked what he liked most
he said he loved my smile
all those things he said to me
stacked up pile after pile

i told him i liked him
that he was nice, sweet, and tall
he said he always thought i was cute
that he would never let me fall

he finally asked me out
and said he wanted me
but something went wrong
and then i thought how can it be?
