A Natural Beauty

by Cheyanne   Apr 25, 2005

The sun's warm cloak
wraps it's arms around me
the cool breeze
caresses my skin

waves rush up the shore
pull back stubborn slow
licks it's greedy lips
and kissed the soft sand

salt water scents
tickles my nostrils
seagulls cry out
each clashing wave
sings a melody
as I merely sigh

A natural beauty so great
had greater natural disaster
but now like a sleeping volcano
calm, at the moment
yet soon bound to explode
a torment veil
