Long Lost Breath

by Jeffrey Kruger   Apr 28, 2005

Brilliant pure light almost too bright to bear
A figure emerges with flowing hair
The air rushes from my chest
The angel before me has stolen my breath
As my heart pounds through my chest
Your loving kiss restores my long lost breath
A kiss so deep so true unlike the rest
Once again you have stolen my long lost breath
