Prophecy in Clouds

by Bogie   May 1, 2005

Last night made of clouds, I saw your pretty face.
Tears appear on a cheek, the flows leave a trace,
to an inverted heart shape, it made of clouds near.
Then I saw it change to a star, so amazingly clear
by teardrop clouds, cried by cloud shapes of you.
Not just pictures in clouds one by one, but a clue.
I saw a story unfold of a blind troubled heart blue.
The star is a fate of a man who waits so patiently.
The clouds represent a screen put up so willingly.
Errant from past relations, makes love an illusion.
Afraid of affection, your smoke screen is isolation.
Prophecy in clouds, gather in an image from above.
A star of hope resides in your heart, bare your love.
Hearts hold vibrant stars in anticipation, yet flawed.
Hearts starved desire affection, blinded by a facade.
