Loving you

We started it just for fun
the first steps were easily done
it didn't take long to fall in love
i was feeling like in heaven above

i enjoyed every second with you
and felt that out love was growing true
i was feeling like on cloud nine
and everything between us was fine

but the distance tore us apart
no chance to feel you so hard
it failed although we did nothing wrong
and i hope that life will somehow carry on
