All faith lost

In a world where all faith is lost
WE all search for love, no matter the cost

But sometimes the road seems so long and dark
Pain lingerers, disappointment has left it's mark

So many promises made, but never kept
So many lonely nights, so many tears wept

So how do we live in a world so cold
Where hope is trivial, lies so old

What reason is there to wake up each day
How do we continue to live this way
