To My husband, Adam

by Frankie   May 11, 2005

Looking at you
Wondering what you're thinking
You're so quiet
So deep in thought.

I like watching the way
Your lips pucker when you think
The way you pull on your bottom lip
The way your eyes crinkle at the edges.
When you're stuck on something

I laugh when you're so deep in thought
At the silly things you do.
Tapping your ashes in your coffee
Lighting a cigarette tube
And almost losing your eyebrows.

But most of all I love it when,
You happen to glance over my way
And you smile.
Your eyes light up and you blow me a kiss.
Then you say I love you.
I love you too.

This is so sweet. I'm quite envious of you! :-P
