For My Love

by Terry   Sep 27, 2003

Your words are filled with sadness,

Your tears have too many fell,

Your heart has broken too often,

Your soul longs for its mate.

They look at the pictures,

They see not the sad little girl,

They see the body of a goddess,

They see not the pain she hides.

Is a kiss just a kiss,

Is it no more than a touch of the lips,

You say you never been kissed,

Kiss me once and forever Im yours.

A slave I do not want,

A mistress I do not need.

A novelty you are never,

A rose so tender in deed.

Wings you once had,

Soaring high above in love.

Wings you shall have again,

With love of no equal.
