Face of a ghost

by killix   May 16, 2005

The night I discovered your death
your wrists were slit
blood dripping cold
your lips were bit
chapped and looked old
your eyes were of those of a doll
staring at nothing
I would never think you would fall
though I saw your tears for something more
then your tears would no longer shed
Hell opened the door
satin took your soul and left you dead
your skin is pale
as a face of a ghost
your blood made a trail
of puddles leading to what hurt you the most
your blade was soaked in blood
red as the eyes of the devil
