Memories

Memories are all the moments
that run throughout my head.
Of all the things Ive done
and all the words I said.

Memories can be really great
but they can also be very cruel.
And ever since you left my life
my memories only consist of you.

I think about you everyday
and dream about you at night.
I have memories of all the hugs we gave
and memories of when you held me tight.

Why did you have to leave me
all alone and full of tears?
And now all thats left
is the memories of our years!
