September 11th

September 11th has come and gone.
Four years it has been since the nation was changed for everyone.
The Towers fell from the sky, and on the ground our people lie.
Heores came from everywhere.
It showed how much Americans care.
Three planes were taken from the pilots command, by several terrorists from foreign lands.
We remember the day our nation fell; on September 11th, the Tuesday from hell.

    OMG, so powerful! Although it was short, it was straight to the point of pain and how much your country has come together over this tough time! It doesnt really matter how old you were when you wrote it, you did an excellent job at conveying the meaning! 5/5 for me!! Keep it up!

    thanx...but it seems that all you do want to do is criticize...how would you know if i don't know the whole story...i was in eighth grade first of all when i wrote it and second of all my cousin right now is over in Iraq because of what they did...i wrote this poem four years ago...thanx at least for caring enough to rea it tho

    i actually wrote this poem in 8th grade and at that time it had only been two years so i had to change the word two to four. hope that maybe knowing what grade i was in when i wrote this will explain the context of it all. i think that since then i have grown a lot in my work. please tell me what you think about any of my poems
