Love

by Tamesha Moore   May 26, 2005

Our feelings for each other
have changed since we've met.

It went from hugs to kisses,
from kisses to talking,
and from talking to feeling.

It feels like love has taken over
and filled our bodies.
Now, actions of laughter turn into love,
Actions of joy turn into love,
and actions of honesty turn into love.

It is like we can't live,
focus, or speak without love.

The love between us puts dreams
of the future in our minds,
hoping it will come true.

When we kiss,
Our lips are in tuned with one another.
When our bodies touch,
They're joined together in a mystery of love.

When our eyes meet together,
We can feel the love that lies within the cracks of our souls.

When we interact with one another,
It feels like we've known each other for eternity.

Now tell me that isn't love.

Promises made,
are yet to be fulfilled.
Deeds left undone,
Will someday be completed.

It is like nothing in the world
could change what we feel.
From what is past;
We have created a whole new world.

Everything that we say,
Is said out of love.
Everything we do for each other,
Is done out of love.

Our bond between each other is eternal yet strong.

There is nothing that you and I
wouldn't do for each other.
There is nothing that could break us apart.

Now,
Someone please tell me,
That isn't;
Love.
