Back and forth (suicide poem)

Here i sway
back and forth
back and forth
in the woods
on the highest tree
in my pain
i felt death come over me......

I shut my eyes
and pretended it was over...
...maybe you'd just disapear

i closed my blinds
and slit my thighs...
...later acted like it was all fine

i tied the string
and made it nice and tight...
...walked away from it for awhile

i stared at it swaying
and remembered the beauty tomorrow would bring...

ill rap the string around my neck
and stand on top the chair
the chair will slip beneath my feet
my body will fall, ill feel defeat
and all will leave as my body sways
beneath is where my tear will lay

in the coldest woods
