Graduation Memories

I looked at everything we've done
for the past three years
After all that we've been through,
all the pain and the tears
To all my friends I've made,
here’s something special for you
I swear on my parents and sisters
that all I’m saying is true

Megan has been my W.B.B.F.F.L.
(wannabe best friends for life)
She's been by my side,
through the pain and every strife
At least we'll see each other,
next year and years to come
I just can't wait for senior year,
to see what you’ve become

Jake's been there, all three years
like everyone else has been
He's got mixed emotions,
with others and within
His mind is complex,
and all the problems are severe
Jake's got dreams of his own,
and he's known to persevere

To Monica, I can write a novel,
about how she's my best friend
To stay true to herself and others,
and stay like that till the end
I remember everything,
even the first day of this year
We had to sit next to each other,
since everyone else we fear

Ryan hasn't been there for me
like Megan, Monica, or Jake
His feelings touched all,
for his friends he'll put his life to stake
He'll make all our lives
filled with happiness and bliss
From all the other people,
he's the one we all will miss

To a chick named Theresa,
with her hair so black
She has everything made for her,
she’s got nothing to lack
I can talk to her for hours,
about my deepest thoughts
From the feeling of happiness,
to the feeling of distraught

Ana Banana's been there for all of us,
way back from the start
I hope I tell you everything I need to;
it all came from the heart
I know we’ll keep in touch,
but something else feels strange
Just wish you weren't leaving me,
so I know you’ll never change
