I thought you would be there. loving me, holding me, kissing me. i thought you would be there by my side. getting ready to leap as if i would of died. i thought you would be there, until my life changed. i saw you holding her hand at the midnight dance. you where there loving, holding, caring her. as if i was the one in the past. who you just got done saying r relationship would last. but now you r my past. i still have you in my mind. but now you say you have changed. i take you back. what a mistake you did the same damn thing. i sit here and wonder who i would be. if i didn\'t take the second chance. would i be happy would i be sad. i guess i wont no.
