A BEAUTIFUL FRIEND

A beautiful friend that's what you are to me,
With a smile so warm it shines so far,
You have a heart so full of love and care,
Though I guess that's just who you are.

A beautiful friend you've become to be,
You took my hand and held it tight,
Since then you haven't let go
In my darkness you were my light.

A beautiful friend in you I'll always see,
No matter what you're always there,
Doing everything you can in helping me,
A friend like you to me is very rare…

A beautiful friend I hope you'll always be,
In years ahead and years to come,
I hope we'll still be
What a beautiful friend you have become!
