you were always there for me
you would never let me be
now, when i try to find you
your nowhere in site
you told me you would never leave
but what do you call this
leaving, not coming back
you said you loved me
then you said you didn't
so, what am i supposed to believe
sometimes i thought
friends never left each other
but i guess i was wrong
because you left me
maybe we werent friends
so, how could you be
