Picture of you

I own a picture of you,
It's now all that I own,
Since you walked away from me,
and left me all alone,

I take it with me everywhere,
It never leaves my side,
every time I look at it,
I'm filled with hurt inside,

I look at the picture often,
More often than I should,
because I know it upsets me,
and makes the tears flood,

But I'll keep that picture always,
and even when it fades,
my love for you will stay just as vivid,
until my dying days.
