A Single Heart

I believe I have found a better name to uphold
The Ace of Hearts is the real me, getting ready to unfold

A single heart waiting for someone true
A single heart waiting to be two

A single heart that has been set loose
Looking… waiting for his duce

Skip one beat, skip one more
It’s a flat line, I’m out the door

Give me air and take it back
Now I’m dead left in pitch black

Loneliness is just a phase
Just a heart trapped in a love struck maze

Now I am the Ace of Hearts
Once again lost in love before it starts
