Song Of Re Birthing

When you see the spark of changing,
inside the mirror of someone new,
to begin is to continue the search,
the beauty and it's notion reborn.

As frail as it appeared before you,
the world reveals it's progression as natural,
and amazing horizons are discovered,
transforming darkness into joy.

It's terrifying to encounter a loophole,
to know you might be able to escape,
if vacuity is all that you knew,
the revolution of hope would be shocking.

It's time to look into your eyes,
to run until you are there,
to try to see inside your life and ask:

If you could be a part of me,
so that I could be a part of you,
from that day forth,
our hearts would be as one,
our hearts entwined, our paths entwined.

The songs would be just songs,
the sun would be just warmth,
and life would bloom like love would do.

This desert, so far it goes,
and it's hard to ignore this shinning jewel.
Overwhelming spirit,
all my pride is gone,
I just want to touch it and never let it go.

In that vision of re birthing,
in that very instant,
