I want to be heard.
I'm calling out, but i just cant find the words.

My heart is screaming, slowly bleeding inside.
My words are meaningful, truths you cant deny.

So open your heart, listen to me.
This is my dream, my future, what I'm trying to be.

Stop shutting me out, its breaking my heart.
I know you believe in me, you loved me from the start.

You cant deny something so pure and so true,
Believe me i know, because i loved you too.

Your slipping away and I cant grasp your hand.
Why are you doing this? Stop hurting me. I don't understand

I'm tired of being the vulnerable one,
my hearts bruised and broken, and the pain has just begun.

I wont let you stop me from reaching my dreams,
My mind is full and my hearts bursting at the seams.

I will be heard and you'll take it all in.
Feel all of the emotions that I've kept within.

I want you to hurt, to feel my pain.
I cant take it any longer, its driving me insane.

Let it burn your heart, and rip open your soul.
I need you to feel, I need you to know.

I wont let you turn me into nothing.
Ill be somebody, someday... I'll be something.

You breaking my heart has pushed me on my way.
Ill be better for it, Ill have the courage to say..

I dont want you when you come back to me,
my life is better without you, please just let me be.
