The one who got away....

When I met you,
I knew I had you.
Might sound foolish,
But I could tell by the way
you looked at me.

Knowing that being with you felt like forever,
I still couldn't manage to say to my friends,
"Hey, look, there goes the boy I dreamed and prayed for"

I rejected you so many times,
Yet you still came back.
Determined to have me and care for me,
No matter who might say "F*#k that!!"

It seemed to have hit me,
"Hey he is the right one for me"
But guess wat...
It's too late, or so it may seem.

I will wait for you,
And pray for you.
Till you come back.

Becuz I am determined to say to my friends,
" Hey there he is the guy who gave me a second chance"
