Dreaming Of Darkness

by Kylah   Jul 20, 2005

Lighting flashes,
Lace decorates on tree breaches.
Mist creeps along the forest floor.
Fear cloaks her body,
Evil looms closer.
Wind slams open an old rose covered,
Iron gate.
Revealing the forbidden castle,
Where the dark prince awaits her,
Awaits his lady of light.
She tumbles into a pool of blood,
Where it came from she does not know.
The evil stalks the scent of fear mingling with blood.
She stumbles to the castle,
Into her dark lovers arms,
He holds her,
As delicate as a petal, skin as soft as silk…
She awakes
Dreaming of her dark prince,
Of darkness once again.
