On the inside

by shattered and broken   Jul 21, 2005

So much rain it turns to fog your thoughts become unclear
walking on broken sidewalks on a planet where screams you'll never hear
everything kept inside a bloody body torn by unforgiving words and a heart left too worn trying not to cry it shows you're nothing but weak but its so hard to find the strength that you so longingly seek
lighting strikes it sends shivers up your spine the thunder calls to you saying "its OK every things now fine!" theres nothing left but a broken soul wishing to be gone longing for the heavens to take all thats gone so wrong you slowly slip away as the rain consumes all that you see falling into abis you've escaped and are now "free" but your soul you sold and have been given tattered wings you listen in the distance and the angles to you they now sing,
"was it worth what you gave up? sure things got bad but was it worse than spending eternity wishing you had it all back?"
caught in your room making another cut again your too far gone now this body i can longer mend....
into eternal sleep you slowly fall thinking everything you kept inside caused it all.

"Sorry not my best but would love it if you would comment and vote! Thanks sorry I'm not posting my stuff much anymore but maybe one day I'll post all the things I'm still writing. Well Always-
