What a wonderful poem, i sure hope you do live to see that day, and you can read this and think how happy you are, and how you have changed.

But i sure hope, that you cope, and with such talent, a death would be a waste of such!

I'm sure many people can relate - nicely written. The single worded lines stood out nicely - though the end wasn't as powerful as it could have been. Perhaps you could cut the poem down a little?
