Shadow Dragon

by Drew   Jul 24, 2005

Darkened skies and moon lit nights
Draw me out into the starless heights.
Glittering scales run down my hide
Glistening black are my dark side.
Dipping and gliding my wings are spread,
Tail stretched out, horns on my head.
Smooth I glide over people's land,
Some run in fear, fast as they can.
I am darkness, shimmering night
You cower in fear of my dragon's might.
My breath is a cloud of darkened fear
To get away, you leave all you hold dear.
My talons wickedly sharp, and long
Deep into flesh is where they belong.
Shiny Knights on steeds flash their swords
My spell binds them in a matter of words.
I am a shadow dragon from down below
In a world of light my dark legend will grow.
