I really liked this poem also. I mean to me i like the ending that you'll then have a smile in your heart is seems to me that you love this boy but yet can't smile for it. But once you both are together again then it'll be true once again. You did an amazing job. keep it up. keep on writing. love always and forever.

I found the last line difficult, i think that "I'll then have a" doesnt sound right. Also i found you used the word "I" too much, in some lines it just doesnt need to be there because we already know that the feeling is coming from you.

A few simple changes are needed.
Solid effort, well done.
