Taking Lives

by Amy   Jul 30, 2005

Hiding from the lies
that take us by surprise
like the greatest spies
a plan so evil they devised

you wont hear our cries
you wont see our lives
you wont know who dies
as we say our goodbyes

my baby says don’t cry
just look at the night sky
it’ll all be alright
I’m here to protect you
As this madness passes by
Just look me in my eyes
You know you’ll be alright
I’m your sacrifice

The blood drips from your veins
We stand in the pouring rain
A second life I conceive
Your wrists in chains
Evil fills my brain
The pain still remains

A smile covers my face
Like the sun on morning grace
As I take my final embrace
And your life is erased
And instead I replace
It’s such a disgrace

No one really looks
But my life is like a book
Full of murder and crooks
My innocence you took
And hung me on the hook

I got to keep going
No time to rest
I’ve got to put my skills to the test
And plunge the knife into your chest
Go back to your house
And study for your test

You might suggest
That I am obsessed
I like taking peoples lives
And living them as my own
But I think I am blessed
Doing this I don’t get depressed

There’s not enough time
This hill I must climb
Find my next victim
And make them mine

Taking Lives is what i do Best

Great Idea, but a bit confusing and contridicting at times. YOu used some great words, but you dont have to constantly rhyme. I like your veiws. Keep Writing and hold your head up!
