Life’s Look at You

Terrific, intelligent, fun,
Fantastic, adorable, nice, yourself
Nearly perfect, but nobody is.
The heart is strange
But it pointed me to you.

There must be a reason.
Just no use explainin’
Just one look at you,
And no words can describe
What the heart can see

The heart is strange
But it pointed me to you
No, you’re not strange
Sure, everyone’s weird, but you’re still you
And I love you
