Did you ever fall in love with someone?
But knew they did not care?
Did you ever feel like crying?
But knew it would not get you anywhere?
Did you ever feel like dancing?
When the lights where way down low?
Did you ever whisper I Like You?
But did not let them know?
Did you ever fall in love with someone?
And find it does not pay?
It only causes broken hearts,
It happens everyday,
You wonder where they are at night
And if they’re being true
Don’t ever fall in love my friend
It hurts, You see I know it’s true
Because I’m falling in love with you
