The Day It All Changed...

We used to love each-other,
With all our hearts and our souls,
Meant to be for one another,
We always felt so whole

We where always together,
There by each-other's sides,
Holding each-other tightly,
With any secret to hide

Everything was perfect,
We where living the magic of love,
Till the day lies started to appear,
Which made that magic to be lost

One day you met another person,
That "greatly changed" your life,
Letting my life devastated,
And for a second made me stare at the knife

You started to evade me every second,
You stopped answering my calls on the phone,
Whenever I wanted to be with you,
You said it had to be postponed

You never had time to be with me,
You always had your things to do,
Letting me feeling lonely and unloved,
You made me feel this love wasn't true

One day I decided to go to your house and talk,
To ask you what was going on,
But what I found there was terrible,
It was just too damn wrong

I found you on your bed with someone else,
You where smoking and you where drunk,
I couldn't believed what I was watching,
I was always asking myself "With this guy you fell in love?"

I left the house crying,
And for a second I stared at the knife,
But then I started to think about things,
That made me change my mind

You where not worth my living,
For you I wouldn't end my life,
Because I know other people love me,
And that life is full of strifes

I tried not to think about it,
And let it all inside the past,
But this memory still lives inside of me,
Because forever it will last

But I'll try my best to forget you,
I'll continue to live day by day,
Trying to forget the pain you've caused me,
Hoping that your memory just fades away...
