This Raging Battle

There's a constant battle
It's found deep inside
My mind saying to let go
But my heart can't say goodbye.

What a impact you have on me
You now control my heart
A heart that once was beautiful
Now it's shattered and torn apart...

Your love was precious
Treasured beyond a doubt
If only I could've taught you
What true love was about...

But I'll fight this raging battle
And survive this dreadful storm
Once again I'll gain control
Of a lonely heart that mourns...
