Perfect Man

When we were Lil girls
sitting on the grass,
playing with the curls
that momma always gave us,
telling our stories of what kind of guy we wanted to marry,
we would think of names like
Jeffery, Micheal, and Terry.
saying we were going to find the "Perfect man",
and that one day that man would grab my hand
and say i love u
and keep it true.
He wouldn't be the only one
I would meet him half way
we would have so much fun,
and have times when we just want to lay.
Now that I'm older and more mature
and have been trough so many "Ill be there's" and "what we were's".
I didn't want to fall into a deep depression,
sorry to late here goes a silly girls confessions...........
There is no such thing as a "Perfect Man" nor woman.
There is only one exception.
Now u might be thinking that I'm crazy,
but think about it and ask yourself maybe?
you shouldn't push and shove,
if Ur truly deeply in love.
You will come to find,
that u see love through Ur eyes by seeing that the others imperfections are Ur perfections....... therefore they are "perfect"
