I like it better when it hurts

by jamie ellen   Aug 27, 2005

And now time returns again
To this dormant place of rest
Feeling as if for the first time
Hope arises with in my chest
Sole on fire this feeling can not last
Restraining my self from life’s serenade
Self release is an invitation for pain
Succumbing to this knew temptation
Awoken with a warm sensation
Surely not god’s creation
For pleasure is forbidden
In the minds of the righteous
Pain a sacrifice that must be made
All this I have learnt the hard way
But still I scream touch me one more time
God frowns from above I’m sure
Yet I crave this I crave the unhealthy life
The fun the pleasure the pain
I’m twisted it returns again
I like it better when it hurts
So tempt me twist me make me feel if just for a second
Pleasure pain it is all the same in my mind
